My Favourite Book Quote

The question asked for the topic of a blog post is... *drumroll*... MY FAVOURITE BOOK QUOTE!
Gah! This is so impossibly difficult, but the first quote that came to mind was "You must allow me to tell you how ardently I admire and love you."

Mr Darcy says this to Ms Elizabeth Bennet in Pride and Prejudice. I don't know what exactly I am, but a romantic is not it! But for some reason this quote has stuck with me since I was a young girl, so full of life and spirit, and I watched the BBC version with my mum. Mum loved the book, and the movie, so I have read this book so many endless times! It might be a sappy quote but it's definitely my favourite!
